Terms of service

Last updated 7 October 2026

These terms are a contract between you and FanSee. Please read them — we've written them to be as clear as we can.

1. Who we are

FanSee is operated by FanSee Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, England, HA4 7AE. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “FanSee” mean FanSee Ltd.

2. Using FanSee

  • You must be 18 or over to create an account.
  • Give us accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person, one account. Don't share logins or create accounts to evade a suspension.
  • Follow our content policy and the law.

3. Fans: memberships, unlocks and tips

  • Memberships renew every 30 days at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
  • Pay-per-view posts are a one-off purchase that gives you continued access to that post.
  • Tips are voluntary one-off payments and are not refundable except where required by law or in case of error.
  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies.
  • See our refunds & cancellation page for how refunds and your cancellation rights work.

4. Creators

  • Your content stays yours. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and deliver it to the audience you choose, for as long as it is on FanSee.
  • You promise that you own or have permission to use everything you post, that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and that it follows our content policy — including that it contains no sexually explicit material.
  • Fees. We keep 10% of each payment made to you. Payment-processing costs charged by our payments partner are passed through at cost. Fees are shown in your studio.
  • Payouts. You can request a payout once your balance reaches £10. You must complete identity verification with our payments partner first. We may hold or reverse payments connected to fraud, chargebacks, refunds or rule-breaking.
  • Tax. You're responsible for reporting and paying any tax on your earnings.
  • Your fans. You may not ask fans to pay you off-platform to get content you promised on FanSee.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payments provider. We don't see or store your full card details. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid content until it's resolved.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse FanSee. In particular, don't: break the law; harass or threaten others; upload malware; scrape or reverse-engineer the service; interfere with security; or attempt to access other people's accounts or content.

7. Moderation, suspension and ending your account

We may remove content, restrict features or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. We'll normally explain why and offer a way to appeal (see Trust & safety). You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

8. Intellectual property

FanSee's name, logo, software and design belong to us or our licensors. Creators' content belongs to the creators. Fans get a personal, non-commercial right to view content they've paid for; you may not copy, redistribute or resell it.

9. Our responsibility to you

We provide FanSee with reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Subject to that, we're not liable for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

We try to keep FanSee available, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using FanSee after that, you accept the update.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, email hello@fansee-app.com and we'll do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
